I've read that the carpet affects the electron flow in the cable. I'm good, I have brick floors.

I was going to go with a Pink Ivory or African Blackwood sub floor, but I'm not sure if it will work with solid state electronics?

They must frown upon carpets, with their ability to cause static build-up. Could you use one of those antistatic guns? Walking around the room letting it off.....

And then there is polyester clothing.

Love it! Let's get those electrons lined up and marching along without interference from that bad floor. If I did something like this my wife would have me a rubber room in short order! Thanks for posting! Probably only 20k or so too.

Re the photo, note the final size of the actual connecting wire to the speaker...looks about 18g! I wonder if the platforms need to be made of a special material and cryogenically treated. #-o

Now THAT..........is utter insanity.
This just goes to show how rediculous people will get by listening to others regarding audio.
Just like all that other babble about trivial nonsense.
For sure, there are some really sick people out there!

Surely if all that pipework is plastic/whatever think of all the static charge in it
If you are going into such lunacy surely all that pipework needs to be pottery or something similar

Oh - and just spotted a kink in the radius :(

Does one cable need to be clockwise, while the other is counterclockwise, or does it depend upon the phase of the moon? #-o [-X  :toilet: :quack: ](*,) :-& :-({|= :-s :spaceman:  :fever:
