Dual 1219 counterweight (fine) broken?

What is better to do?
it happens that suddenly changes the tracking force during play

Hi,
This indicates that the bearing screws are loose, especially the right hand side, item 53. Be careful as this screw is a left hand threaded item!

Hi,
No, that is the left side bearing and can only be opened once the counter nut (with the two slits) is loosened. This right side in your pic, is a normal right hand drive screw.
It is the right side bolt which is loose:
