Lately, Harman/Kardon HK730. Great sound even through my Paradigm Prestige 15Bs or the BIC Venturi DV62si pair to augment the TV. But best of all...two phono inputs! The tables are Technics, and the cartridges are Ortofon 2M Blue, AT440ML, or Nagaoka MP110. So much fun!

Looks like I'm in the 13 percent crowd.
That makes me basically "different" than the majority.
A good thing. =D> because I don't prefer to "follow the crowd.

Right now I have one system setup using a Yamaha CA-1000 that I rebuilt. I also have a Pioneer TA-9500II that I've owned since I bought it new. My other system is running through a Maranz 2270 receiver.

I had to replace a non-functional Pioneer receiver, so I shopped and found the Onkyo TX-NR646. My criteria was the inclusion of jacks for a turntable, in addition to compatibility with my home-theater components. Lack of phono hook-ups and a cheap, noisy aftermarket phono pre-amp on the Pioneer left the turntable gathering dust. A new cartridge for the turntable made it all complete and now I can't stop playing my LP's!

I'm perfectly happy being in the 13% crowd!

When I got my receiver this is the way they suggested you hook it up. Of course I couldn't afford all the crossovers at the time.

I have two integrated amps that I switch out from time to time. I'm currently running the Marantz PM 6004 but my favorite is the Denon PML 757 that's currently opened up for some bulb replacements. The Denon is smooth, powerful and quiet.

I watched a friends great big Denon avr take a static charge that didn't hit the case but went through one of the little vent holes in the top and we watched the whole line of outputs go pop one at a time. What a bummer. It was such a nice amp.

separates just look cooler, especially when you're actively bi or tri amping.

Marantz 3600 preamp
two Marantz 250 or two 240's--I move em in and out to keep them fresh.
or--three of the above
Rane X-over
250 watt/channel amp for passive subs

Late to the party, apparently!

Jolida JD5T tube hybrid pre, feeding a 1981 Soundcraftsmen A2502 power amp, driving Polk Monitor70 II speakers. I know, they're really home theater boxes, but with a good signal, they have plenty of depth and detail, with enough bass that I feel no need for a sub.
