The two arms that come to mind are SME and Hadcock you may get them second hand for a reasonable price but you will need an SME mounting plate I think if you find an SME

replacing oil
HI everyone newbie on here, been proud owner of Transcription hydraulic turntable now for a couple of weeks. I know it needs some replacement oil.

Is this an easy job to tackle? Is it a case of just removing platter and adding oil?

Any help, pictures or instructions greatfully appreciated

Thanks

Hi and welcome

Can't post any pictures as I don't have mine anymore, but easy to do.
Remove platter by removing the clamp and lift off.
Remove subplatter/spindle/fluid bath by undoing the 2 screws that hold the speed adjuster stem in place and remove.
The assembly can then just be lifted out.

Hi just an add on to previous reply don't forget to put a drop of oil in the strobe .Use light sewing machine oil,it's a good time to change belt always available on ebay. You will need to remove the cover in top left hand corner via 3 knurled nuts to remove and replace the belt.
