2xperience Classic - help

Post by jarrod2750 » 06 Aug 2019 02:40

I went to use my 2xperience classic and it had a hard time turning the platter and can’t keep speed. I thought it was the speedbox so I tried the original wall wart - no change. Tried a new belt, no difference. So I am guessing it is the motor that is going bad.

Instead of resoldering to the board, can I cut the wires leave them connected and resolder that way?

Also it is a m400 motor but can seem to find a replacement - any help would be appreciated

Check that the pulley is not loose on the spindle and slipping. They are glued in place so a single drop of superglue may well do the trick.
