Tube Box S not turning on

Post by baberaham lincoln » 21 May 2019 22:44

Hi all!

I am hoping someone can help me. I have not been able to get any product support from Pro-Ject and Sumiko will not return my calls. Seems like they are lacking in this area.

In any case, I have a Tube Box S and the unit will not turn on. The Blue light blinks briefly, but the unit does not turn on. Strangely, if I remove one of the tubes or both, the unit turns on. When I remove one of the tubes, the remaining tube does heat up and I have confirmed that both of the tubes I have are heating up. I am using the recommended 18v wall wart, however, it is not the one that came with the unit.

If anyone has any thoughts I would appreciate it!
