Project speedbox s power cord issues

Post by smiths96 » 19 Mar 2018 03:47

Hello!

Well I got a project speedbox s to go with my debut iii but the power cord that goes from the turntable to the speedbox was too short and cheap. As I was trying to adjust it the cord must have broken on the inside as it no longer powered up the turntable. I’ve been searching for weeks and can’t seem to find a replacement cable. I even wrote to project audio and never heard back. There has to be a solution. I hope. If any of you know of one please let me know.

Thanks

Hi,

Maybe that's what you are looking for?

That cable must have only become available recently as I phoned Henley Audio UK back in November to ask if they had a replacement cable for the Speed Box S as the original was to short for my set-up. (presume this one is longer?)

They said there was nothing doing so I ended up buying this one from France.....

From the website: "Available in 0,20 - 0,41- 0,82 - 1,23 - 1,85m"

Looks like a good alternative to the original.
