And then, Linda Ronstadt's hit has never sounded so fuzzed-out...

Here's another thought...Discover your own collection...Dig a little deeper, as Frank advises here...

It's probably a good idea to go through your collection and give some you've neglected a listen to once in a while.

It seems Frank has quite a few he's bought that he's never listened to, which is kind of dumb when you think about it!

Hey, I say love your records, listen to them and enjoy the music! THAT'S what they're there for!

It is GOOD, though, to break out of a routine rut once in a while and give a few unheard albums a spin...Every so often, I go through another batch of unknown 45's (I have several boxes of unknown Northern Soul, funk, dance & R&B stuff from a few years back) that I sift through and I usually manage to find a few gems...One never knows what they might discover if they keep looking deeper! :D

OK, guys...Another new discovery...Do any of you guys dig people like Cecile McLorin-Salvant, Dianne Reeves or even the classics of Ella Fitzgerald? Well, then, check out Jazzmeia Horn here!! =D>

Here she does a great live version of Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On?", too!

I've seen the comments and maybe not absolutely perfect (and she's still young yet!), but I love her vibe...

AND...

Who says they don't make 'em like they used to???! :D

In fact, I think the future of jazz (and jazz-funk) ain't too bad if these two artists are leading the charge...
