NP let us know how you like it when you find it... very affordable even via discogs if memory serves...

That is a landmark soundtrack and I enjoy it too. Looking into Vangelis' other releases is worth it....since you like BR odds are you will like at least some of his earlier (and later) work. I really think the Friends of Mr Cairo is a timeless classic...though it had 2 minor hits here in Canada when it was released- the entire album is an easy side flipper listen.

I know very little of Vangelis, but the Blade Runner soundtrack is one of the most important works in my catalogue (for me). I really do think it's a work of distinct genius, and so way ahead of it's time.
I'll add it to the wishlist, thanks for the pointer!

Well hey, with all this talk of Vangelis appreciation, if someone could help me find a copy of "See You Later" in the USA, I'd be extraordinarily grateful. It's pretty much the last of his albums I want for my vinyl collection. I'd rather not import it from the UK, if possible.

They do a complete box set of all the Abbey Road half-speed masters. I have individual albums... They do sound good though!

Pretty much every Abbey Road half-speed mastered LP I've bought recently has sounded great, they've done a great job, e.g., The Police Collection.

Yeah, I have a few of their normal album releases rather than collections and they've all been top notch.

Here's my most recent purchases:

Look at the images!

There's only one image for this listing. I hope the record is better than my first copy.

Afraid to ask what a bad price is on that Beatles LP... is this an investment or will be regularly played LP?

Finally scored!!

Garage sale a couple blocks away, half a dozen boxes of old records marked $2 a record. I'm thinking cool, but it's probably going to be junk. Nope. Got Hendrix, Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, Supertramp, Petty, Doobies, America, Chicago, little feat, The Band, Beach Boys, Boston, Steely Dan, Billy Joel, CSN (and sometimes Y), Eagles, Allman Brothers, Phil Collins, Paul Simon, Toto, etc. Etc.

110 records and all mint shape for $200.

Sorry for the brag, just pumped!
