Generally, no one should tolerate manufacturing flaws imo. Returning them for a full refund is the only way these corporations are going to actually attempt to improve their product. So why didn't I? Let's just say there was interest in buying numerous other albums by this band on this label, but based on this purchase they have all been permanently rescinded. If they can't get it 100% right, they need to go back to only selling zeroes and ones.

CODA! I had that amongst my cassette collection. It didn’t survive the 90’s unfortunately. That looks in really nice shape too!

The Atlantic Blues Guitar compilation...love that 'Paul! Another part of the country, but just as cool. Another one I can't wait to get into.
Got good listening ahead...

Picked this up last weekend:

http://electricvinylrecords.com/1984-tm ... d-2019.jpg

Live Midnight Oil, Breathe Tour '97 Record Store Day release. I have the record of Scream in Blue, funnily enough only released on CD in Aus. I figure this should be good. I remember seeing them back in the 80s at Kooyong (Old tennis arena, used to be used for the Australian Open) and they were fabulous.

Awesome grabs there, Dasher! =D> You know that Hoyt's mom Mae Axton co-wrote "Heartbreak Hotel" for Elvis, right? Hoyt himself was in the movie "Gremlins" and also wrote a few hits such as Three Dog Night's "Joy To The World", The Kingston Trio's "Greenback Dollar" and Steppenwolf's "The Pusher" and "Snowblind Friend"!

The debut of Blood, Sweat & Tears is great, too..."Child Is The Father To The Man" is a fantastic debut, due to songs like this!

The Arbors also did that one!

That blues compilation is great, too...Notice that SRV is on it, along with all the guys who influenced him! People like Albert King, Big Joe Turner and Stick McGhee, who I remember most from this song...

These are good, too!

My recommendation...Look for Albert King's "Live Wire Blues Power" album and for more blues and R&B, look for this compilation!

Powerful stuff! 8)

As I finally caught Roberts New & Used, a local antique shop open, I stopped in and left with a couple albums and a diamond disc for $2 each from their 3 boxes of LPs and small stack of 10" records, then grabbed 3- 50 cent singles of smaller diameter from the Salvation Army store on the way home. while the 45's are a bit scratchy, nothing skips or sounds worn out this time. The only Pretenders and two other Joe Walsh albums in my collection were a bit lonely, and I did enjoy hearing these two as well as the only uncracked and playable looking Edison record in the entire stack.

Lols, one of the main reasons I’d want kids is for the Father’s Day vinyl additions... probably why I don’t have kids ;)

Very nice haul!

Take a listen to that Child album, truedeth...

There's definitely a hint of Vanilla Fudge psychedelia in their music and pretty much ANY psychedelic music has some value nowadays...

My coworker directed me to a gold mine that was donated today!! I now have all the Van Halen albums up to 1984 (I have fair warning already), Devo freedom of choice and a Duran Duran live album.
