If you're ever cruisin' around Vermont and looking for a place or two to pick up some vinyl, check these places out. There are more of course but these are my favorites!http://burlingtonrecords.com/
Just spent 3 hours here the other day and other than coming away with a first press of the Blind Faith album and finding a bootleg pressing of Art Supernatural Fairy Tales I also came away with about 40 records from the $1 and $2 bins. You've never SEEN $1 and $2 bins like this place. Not your run of the mill Mitch Miller and his Gang or roached Dan Fogleberg albums. No, I just upgraded an older copy of Zeppelin 4 with a trashed cover but nice record inside plus some 80s stuff that's not collectible, just fun to listen to... for a buck! http://exileonmainstreet.com/
Used to work here as a kid and this place is running strong, just wish it was closer to me than it is. Great folks have been running it for over 30 years.
Anyone come across http://recordarchive.com/
in Rochester, NY? I was traveling through and found this place... I suggest you plan a weekend trip and leave your spouse at home unless they're into this sort of thing. I would love to make a pilgrimage here with some like minded folks!
