That's my final answer...
Actually, that $90 A-1200 would be worth paying the s&h.
And THEN, I'd have a pre-made stash!
Did you see what I picked up at work awhile ago?

I could add the stash online to the ones here.

If you get it, Dasher...Keep us posted!

It will need some TLC, but you could also look at this thread for more tips...Or even contribute a few yourself!

https://www.vinylengine.com/turntable_f ... 0&t=104784

It doesn't have the cabinet, but that's not necessarily a dealbreaker...You could find or make a similar cabinet...or even buy another basket case Teac like this one that sold for $11.00+shipping and make two machines out of one...

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-TEAC-A ... 7675.l2557

Considering the prices these things CAN go for, it's still worth it, in my book! =D>

Hymie's looks awesome! 8)

Can't wait for the next batch, Dasher! =D> Also, if you see a decent copy of the recently passed Doris Day's "Latin For Lovers" album at a fair price ($30 or less), let me know...I'm to the point I'll just about take any condition it's in, too...

Many thanks from here, Bb! It seems the Dasher House Gang just can't catch a break...got rear-ended an hour ago...back to find another car...
I got this cynical thought (none of us are cynical, here, are we?)..."and the HITS...just keep on coming!"
And now I'm with my Dual 1226 playing The Seeker after Win't Get Foiled Again...aaarrrggghhh....
Have a great Saturday, Guys! (I'll be back...)

Hope everyone is OK, Dasher...And I know ALL about the hits that just keep on coming! Why do they come in threes, too??? :-k I'm reminded of the Morton Salt girl slogan, "When it rains, it pours!" :(

Amen, Bro, amen! I'm hoping 3 has passed, now...Mrs. Dasher's previous, Young Dasher's car and this one...Young Dasher got a new one today as a result.

Happy Father's Day to whom it applies!
Mrs. and Young Dasher were out doggin' this weekend, so I was off to the laundromat...I DID say Happy Father's Day, didn't I? :-k
Anyhoo, I got gas afterward, realizing I wasn't very far from a record store not yet covered in town called:

They have all things one's hands would ever want to hold...records; cassettes, both audio AND video; AND books, most of the music genre, of course.
My experience with them had been favorable in that I have picked up many a title with the rare no-inner-sleeve for a whisper of a buck...cleaner than the one I had at home and quieter, as well.
Love that little shop!
Let's look at pitchers!
This is Paul, busy tallying up my stuff...thanks to you, Paul, for allowing me to put DM on VE!

I'm at the front door...that's the back...small place, but another store with lotz of surprises!
