Can anyone please clarify whether or not this is a first release of a re-issue? Thank you in advance.

Discogs would seem to indicate it's a 'Version 2' first release: https://www.discogs.com/Led-Zeppelin-Le ... aster/4126 and https://www.discogs.com/Led-Zeppelin-Le ... se/1218217

The label conforms to 'Version 2' but your cover is *very* shiny and new looking and the Title is dark blue not the light blue 'turquoise'. The dark blue is like the UK 2010/2011 'Unofficial'( fake). It has even got the "3" missprint reproduced.
I'm going with the UK 2010/2011 unless proved otherwise.

The Discogs listings have the different 'matrix' numbers in the runout area if you want to go through those.

The Atlantic logo at upper-left of the back cover should be shaded in with gray... yours is not.

Matter of fact... the whole back cover of yours looks faded and washed-out, but not from age with that glossy sheen. The original had a tint to it, but was a clearer, sharper photo.

I agree... this one appears to be a re-issue.

I have 4 copies of the geniune 1969 versions and a few of the Red lettering ones that came just after these, I had the knock off that is being shown on this thread so this is not the real deal to confirm your question/suspicion. I am suprised that they have not come out with a Pink Floyd DSOTM knock off with solid light blue prisim on the label or have they? I know there are unscrupulous individuals that try to pass the Japanese pressing off as the 1st UK issue.
