Do you have any idea how to solve the problem ?

The NAD PP4 is a phono preamp, to be used only with a turntable output.
A phono cartridge puts out a signal of a few millivolts, which the PP4 would raise to the 1 volt line-level range, while correcting the tonal balance.
You are feeding a digital source through the pi music box, which puts out a tonally balanced line-level signal. This signal overloads the PP4.
You do not need or want the NAD in there. Use it only with the turntable.

I guess you are trying to 'push' the USB output from the PP4 to the Pi Musicbox. A quick look at the Pi Musicbox manual makes me suspect that it is only designed to 'pull' a digital stream from a storage device via USB so distributing vinyl play back over your network is not possible.

If I'm mistaken, hopefully someone else will be along to tell us all how:-)
