Hi, everyone!

I got a Garrard Zero 100 for a bargain! But...

1. I found a damaged piece inside. I just desassemble and fix it as I could. My doubt is how it afected the funtions of the turntable. The piece has a screw and another thin metal piece ajustment. How it works?

2. The energy cable is missing. How can I plug it without the original connector?

Thank you! Merry Xmas.

That lever, which is supposed to be straight but is shown bent, operates the record-changing spindle by sliding back and forth and pushing a pawl in the spindle...the other end pushes the record off so it drops to the platter to be played. It is a very sturdy part...how it got bent this badly boggles the mind. The attached photos show what a proper one looks like (photo is of a Zero 92...part is identical).

The cord with Amplok connector for AC power can be purchased from Voice of Music Audio Enthusiasts:

They also come up for sale on EBay.

The one froM V-M lacks the green ground wire. Simple enough...prepare a ground wire, loosen the screw with two green wires in your photo, and connect your new ground wire there by tightening the screw on it.
