help me identify this cartridge for Garrard AT6

Hello - I am in the process of restoring a vintage Garrard AT-6 and I am not having much luck identifying the current cartridge setup - does anyone here know what I have? Pics below..Thanks for the help

That was fast! Thank you for the identification on this cartridge, now I need to determine if it is still operational, and the tracking force for use in the AT-6....

They were also to be found in Wurlitzer stereo jukeboxes, circa 1960, and many still working.
