:D

Now this cartridge can have Mono and Stereo coils)) It is a pity that they cannot be changed quickly. I will think about this task for the future.

During this period, I installed perfectly made coils with an air core on the cartridge, I planned to install them on the Delta-Bone, but their performance together with the ring magnet turned out to be unacceptably low.

It did not end, but only continued in the Stereo version
I got the softest sound of all that I built.
This sound design is built on the sharp sharpening of the stylus and shading excessive detail with a soft magnetic field.
There is no WOW effect, but definitely there is magic in the sound.
There is a certain affinity with the sound of Denon DL-207, only with a lower concentration.

Delta-2 after deep modernization.
The cartridge received a new housing and a new coil damping scheme. Now he can work on light tonearms with tracking power of 1.0 - 1.2 g.

That looks like way too fast reverse cueing in a rough manner. I have used a number of cartridges not designed for cueing by developing a reasonably gentle back cue technique. Timing is everything, regardless of why we back cue. The only two times I have damaged a stylus by back cueing were once being in a hurry with a 7 inch single that bounced into the slip mat, the other was a less than optimal set up tone arm. I hope you can gently try to straighten the stylus, it doesn't look like it has had a lot of use.
That AT95E cart was removed from Turntable #2 at KRVM-FM. The cantilever in the cart from TT #1 was also bent but not as bad. They didn’t know when the carts or styli were last replaced. The measured VTFs were 1.2g and 2.75g, both pretty far out of spec for the AT95E (tonearms were ostensibly set to 3.0g which would be wrong for the carts even if the dial was calibrated correctly). Needless to say, they sounded awful.

I installed new AT-XP5 DJ cartridges for them, did all the setup, and showed them how to do basic maintenance like checking VTF and changing a stylus (they got several spares too).
That task was kind and wise of you. I understand the difficulties in a community station. When I was 13. I asked my Grandmother to take me into our local commercial AM station (CFTJ, long gone now) for a tour. We were introduced to Announcer Bob Lindsay (RIP my friend), who talked with us, bought me a Coke, and showed me how to cue on the secondary booth's Technics tables circa 1983. He also gave me a stack of reject singles that I played many of for years. When I asked about stylus wear, he told me that the tech replaced all the Stanton 500 styli monthly, regardless of wear. I asked him why they had like 40 copies of each new single, he told me about cue burn and the fact that the hit singles were disposable and replaced the moment any bad sound was heard. It was the LP library that was more carefully played as it was the more permanent archive of back catolgue hits at that station. They also used Discwasher record brushes I noticed. I learned many things that stayed with me to this day. I was 13 then and 47 now. My other "radio" hero was Dr. Johnny Fever, I do wish I could have followed in Bob's footsteps, but it wasn't my path in life.
Bob was my Dad. I'm glad you had an enjoyment moment. We all miss him....God I can't believe its been 35 years since he died....thanks for sharing the memory

Favorite female singer...Tanya Tucker
