There is a guy on eBay who actually does sell new aluminum cantilevers with ruby tips (rather than diamond tips)... personally I'm not sure why anyone would choose a ruby tip over a diamond tip unless they enjoy replacing their stylus every 50-100 hours.

I've had this cartridge since '85. Purchased it and the Grace Arm G-707 in Tokyo. I know I paid less than $200 for them both.
I broke the ruby cantilever about 7 years ago when I moved. I just found a guy on eBay that replaces the ruby cantilever with a better one, same ruby stylus. I'm very pleased.
Sorry to burst your bubble but the cantilever used to be Ruby, not the tip. You now appear to have an aluminium cantilever with the 'same' hyper-elliptical diamond tip. It is not a 'Ruby' anymore .....it's moreso an F9E.....but it will still sound fantastic. =D>
You are correct: the cantilever was ruby. Yes, it's replaced by an aluminum one, and yes, it sounds great. I played it all day Christmas.

Doing a test spin of my new Thakker/Jico stylus for the Dual M20E-DN350 cartridge that came with my Dual 601 turntable.
So far it sounds nice and my other cartridge, Shure M75/Jico elliptical has got some competition.

Trying out these stylus on a Signet TK3Ea
From left to right
VMN40ML
AT125LC
AT120E
AT100E
The dark blue one is possibly an ATN142LP,
My research showed it to be a .2x.7 nude shank.
They all sounded great! I liked the 125 LC the least.
Surprisingly, I liked the dark blue one the best. Then again, I listen to mainly rock music from the 60's to the 90's with lots of bass!
The Microline came in second, then the 120 was a very close second and the 100 was fourth.
Not sure if I got a bad 125LC or what, but I probably wouldn't seek that out again.
Just my opinion!

Pioneer PC-330E
37737
Very inexpensive and good cartridge.
Sharp (Optonica) C 102 is assembled more thoroughly. But these are my personal signs))

Happy new Year everybody,

did some research of my 'most wanted' carts and put them together in a box to have them available
'right out the box', if desired. Oh man, I love them all... [-o<
