Picked up a Pioneer PL-518 with this cart on it, but have no idea what it is? No other visible letters or numbers. Any help is appreciated!

It's an Audio Technica.
Don't remember the exact model but they are similar to the ATP1/2/3 models:

Thanks for the quick response! The different graphic made it confusing.

Ah, here's where I remember seeing this before:

It's an ATX1.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner! I took the cart off the head shell and confirmed it is a Compass ATX1. Thanks again!

You could look through VE's GRADO section in the VE cartridge database.

https://www.vinylengine.com/cartridge_d ... i=&page=50

But even that may leave loose ends. There are differences in the cartridge body colors, probably due to inconsistent lighting when photographed. Is your cartridge a stereo or monaural model? You would have to either listen to it or perhaps check it with a multimeter to find out.

Only a stylus. And I know it's for the Audio Technica AT10 series of cartridges, but I wonder if anyone has any more information about who may have made it.

It appears to be a carbon fiber cantilever with a bonded stylus.
I have two or three compatible cartridge bodies. It's a somewhat loose fit on all of them.

I haven't tried playing it, yet. I don't have a compatible cartridge body mounted up, but I may give it a shot when I finish setting up my SME 3009 S2 improved.

Actually, it doesn't fit the AT10 series. :(
It fits the following bodies I have: AT100E (early version), AT3500ED, AT3500S.

It does not fit the AT14E.
It has the same sort of plug with the round hole, like this:

but the plastic "wings" on the side reach too far up the sides of the cartridge body.

I've had seen this design from the brand "Zafira" (No. 5145).

I think, that's caused by the strange naming from AT... :( .

For me, there are three different AT10 series:

an AT-VM8 based AT10 series:
https://www.audio-technica.co.jp/cartri ... AT-VM8.png
- like the AT10/11/12 or your AT100E,

an AT-33/35 based AT10 series:
45669
https://www.audio-technica.co.jp/cartri ... AT-35X.png
- like the AT13E/AT14S

and an AT14 based AT10 series:
https://www.audio-technica.co.jp/cartri ... AT-14E.png
https://www.audio-technica.co.jp/cartri ... -AT12d.png
- like the AT14E/14Sa/AT12d/AT13E and so on

So, your stylus should only fit the AT-VM8 based cartridges.

Very unusual cantilever.
She reminds me of a needle from a syringe.
Check it with a magnet and if you can make her photo in full face.
