Listened more carefully to this last weekend and I never heard a cart sound so "true" ever. Tried A Billy Vaughn LP and it is was almost as if the orchestra was standing in my living room, really incredible cart. When the stylus is worn I might have to disassemble it from the head to see If I can find any markings. But I totally love this cart, In fact, wouldn't mind having one on my Technics sl-1401 as well!

Can you be so kind to tell me what kind of cartrige it is? It seems that there is a cartrige but it can't be found in the database. Is it worst to buy it?

Juntek: That's just one of the multiple renames of the AT10 to AT12 family with the newer body variant with white mounting frame. The needle colour seems to be a little off and should be greener in reality - so what you've got there should be a rename of the AT11E (needly type ATS11E).

I just got (today) an ADC cart that I can’t identify. I’m guessing it’s a mid-80s cart, low budget. I have 3 Integras (1 ST and 2 for curved arms), 3 XLMs (MKII and MKII Improved). I have 2 PSX carts, a 30 and a 40. I also have 2 QLM bodies. So I’m not a complete novice to ADC carts. But this one has me stumped.

Any help?

Oskar: That's one of the cartridge models that have appeared under several different brand designations, one of which was the Hitachi MT-22. If you google for that or for the needle type DS-ST40, you should be able to find a suitable replacement needle.

Can anyone help by identifying this cartridge?

It came fitted to a Garrard SP25 mk2 in a Dynatron SRX 25.

Or, perhaps, a DAT-2. A likely choice for that Garrard...especially in a console.
