Hi
I have just got back into the vinyl/turntable world again and have recently purchased a Trio KD 1033 player and was wondering what cartridge you guys would recommend I go for. I’m really new to all of this....the last turntable I had was when I was 6! I’m now 50 so would welcome any advice you can give here.
Thanks in advance.
G.

There are a lot of options for you. From the cheap, but good AT 3600 (about 10$ on ebay) to expensive MC - carts. The AT 3600 will be enough for many average users. The new AT 95en is another good advice, offering very good performance at a reasonable price

Why not a new Audio-Technica AT-VM 95e? That would be a nice option for your Trio tonearm, and be for many all the cartridge they need. Very nice performance for reasonable prices.
