Here's my humble setup. Due to a girlfriend, two kids and one more on the way, there's not a whole lot of room in the house but I managed to find some room in the bedroom. The rest of my collection (400 LPs or so) are in another room.

Wow - don't know if anyone has said this or not, but nice Paul McCobb cabinet. I have the credenza version that I used to use for a stand but is in the living room now. I dig McCobb - and I'm not a fan of light wood or maple, but there is just something groovy about his designs. I did probably the most complete bio of him available on him on the net. Contacted his daughter and all. Neat read if you're a fan of MCM -> http://midmodminot.blogspot.com/2016/10 ... ccobb.html.

I wish I could shoe-horn a system into my bedroom as you have Jugger, that is sweet!

And that bio on Paul McCobb is pretty good as well

Well you all seen "His masters voice" ? My little furball is always sitting beside me in my listeningroom. If she have to she gets pesty and drives my wife away to get a place in the sofa.

Kalib, what puts out more heat, that radiator of the tube amp in front of it? Must be toasty in there during the winter :D

I am lucky to have a dedicated listening room.
It looks like the room was designed for your system, no?
The electrical outlets look specifically placed.
Any sound treatment?
The outlets are Furutech and were placed there when the basement was renovated.
Besides the brick wall and the rug there is a closet full of clothes that acts as a bass trap.
I am looking into a bit more of diffusion but everything sounds pretty nice as is.
I know this was a few months back, but...

It's a basement, so I'm guessing cement floor. Are the interconnects from pre-amps to power-amps behind the wall and/or in the ceiling? How far a run?

Nice space.

In constant flux, always something apart, waiting for parts or glue drying, contact cleaner drying off, stuff like that. This is a constant state of mess...but I like it, it's all a labor of love to me. Right now I listen to, sansui au6900, panasonic dvd, pioneer f229 tuner, Sony tck570, and a technics sl-d303 with a stanton 890 on it....soon to be a thorens 166...for speakers, I run a pair of 1940's-65, marsland's 3way 1274, very crisp mids, with bsm series 7 underneath. I point the marslands to the corners and the series 7 out. I've achieved the sound I craved for years, brubeck would make ya cry here...and I haven't spent 1000 bucks, this is all horse trading, fixing and selling/buying. I have 8 sets of speakers going, with 9 amps, and all sorts of media pieces, 9 carts with stylus- right through to steel needles.....my wife hates me.....

I’m lucky enough to have a spare room for my gear at the moment.
We plan to build an extension off of the rear of our home which will become my play room.
This room is destined for visiting humans....

Hitachi PS38 TT
NAD 3020 amp
Dovedale 3’s
Sony SS502’s
Sony CDP M49
Yamaha HS8 monitors
and a sad looking TA313 in need of a restore....

Looking through these photos I get size envy, but I get bigger isn't always better... this is where I am sat a lot of the time.
