Very nice room.
Is your Sonic Frontiers the Line 2 and the Power 2 ??
I sold my SFS-80 and a Line 1 about 15 years ago. Big big mistake.
Thanks
Oh, no, I'm not an designer, TV placement in a such way was a DIY necessity project, as I didn't have other options where to put 65' tv. Actually it's mounted on a full motion adjustable TV mounting bracket, via two additional wood cross beams mounted in the rack, so things stored behind it are easily accessible swinging TV aside...
Well, ya might want to moonlight at it, you created a really awesome look. I love the way you handled the TV.sivagriva wrote: ↑11 Jan 2019 18:16Oh, no, I'm not an designer, TV placement in a such way was a DIY necessity project, as I didn't have other options where to put 65' tv. That is a very cool set-up, juggerjay1975! 8) I love the vintage cabinet, too and it all looks so put together! =D>juggerjay1975 wrote: ↑13 Jan 2019 01:06Here's my humble setup. Due to a girlfriend, two kids and one more on the way, there's not a whole lot of room in the house but I managed to find some room in the bedroom. The rest of my collection (400 LPs or so) are in another room.
Sharp Optonica RP-3500 turntable
Ortofon FF15 XE MKII cart
Harman Kardon HK430 twin powered speakers
ADS L520 speakers
I wish I could say it had anything to do with me but that's what the table looks like "out of the box". Here's more info on it. I did a couple more photos though and threw in a photo with the ADS grills on. I redid them in gray not even realizing that they match the granite color on the turntable.vinyl master wrote: ↑13 Jan 2019 02:04That is a very cool set-up, juggerjay1975! 8) I love the vintage cabinet, too and it all looks so put together! =D>juggerjay1975 wrote: ↑13 Jan 2019 01:06Here's my humble setup. The Optonica in the stone plinth is quite epic, as well...In fact, I'd like to ask you a favor, if you don't mind and it's not too much trouble...Do you think you could get a better overhead shot of it? :-k Maybe talk a little about how it came to be like that...I say this because it looks like a great vintage modification and really enhances the aesthetics...and as such, would be a PERFECT addition to my thread all about such things...Your Sharp, I think, would fit right in here! =D>
