Turntable identification

Any idea of brand/model for this TT? It seems it has a tuner and amp integrated. Thank you.

I think it could be a National Panasonic SG-5090 Stereo Music Centre.

Just to clarify any confusion that may have occurred in Eric's post - themisto462 is the amazing one as he identified the system (and very quickly as well).
