I think, it seems to be a Bluenote Borromeo tonearm.

By the way, welcome to VE!

Hi all,
New to the site. Looking for some help identifying this tone arm and any recommendations on a head shell/stylus combo to complete this otherwise functioning mid modern turntable. Thanks.

Hello and welcome to vinylengine.

Your tonearm looks like the ortofon RS-212.

https://www.ortofon.com/media/15229/ort ... s_212.jpeg

For the missing headshell: If you want to keep it original, you could search for an ortofon SPU type headshell, or - as they can be expensive - the headshell of an ortofon AS-212 would be also suitable, in my opinion.
Otherwise, every other SME-type headshell should fit

Regards.

It looks like a version of the 1500 or ATP 12t

The elevation lock is different than my ATP-12T (mentioned in above reply). Otherwise very similar, so definitely on right track.

Would it help if I said it came out of a broadcast studio ?

Matt, it looks like a 1503 mkiii or mkiv. Missing the anti-skate module. The side load arm catch and black weight came with mkiii

Beautiful setup BTW. As a broadcaster I love rack mounted gear.

Did the later models have antiskating? I don't remember the early ones having it.

Thanks so much, it does seem like an mkIII or an mkIV and I've noticed the space/gap where the anti-scate module should be.
There's so much mystery behind this turntable and the entire unit its sitting in #-o .

Mk 3 and 4 have a removable anti-skate module
It's the thing hanging off the right, adjustable weight

Oh - I didn't know that. The early models were well liked, even without it, so presumably they'd be even better with.
