Is the owner's manual in the library here? That would tell you.
The arm is of moderate to low mass, so most cartridges should be fine. If you go with a low compliance cartridge, you can always add mass to the headshell.

Hello Scotti123,
Welcome to VE.
Nice table! I own the TD145 mkII, which is very similar.

At the top of this page, click on the "Library" tab and scroll down to the Thoren's tab.
Look for the model owner's manual.

Second, also at the top of the page is the "Tools" tab.
Click on this and then "Cartridge Alignment Protractors".
Scroll down to the Thorens Arc V.2 protractor.
You can print this and use it to set the alignment.
It's a Baerwald alignment which works pretty well with the straight Thorens tonearm. This should get you started.

The effective mass of the Isotrack arm is 7.5grams.
I've had good luck with carts in the 15cu to 25cu range. Some of this depends on the cartridge weight.

Also under the Tools tab is "Cartridge Database Tools".
Click on that and you will find a Resonance Calculator.
Plug in the numbers and determine if your arm/cart combination is a good match.

Of the cartridges I've had on this arm, Ortofon sounded just OK, Shure/JICO sounded great, ADC was impressive and Audio Technica sounded amazing.

I currently have an AT cart on it.
