Is it just the angle, but the stylus goes to the left both in the stationary picture 1 and in the last (playing?). It seems to be the same amount. Since antiskate is on all the time, do you see the same amount of angle when the stylus is not touching the record?
If yes, antiskate is probably correct.
If no, you have too much antiskate. Either there some force due to the cabling or the arm is not calibrated (it should be around 1.75, I've read somewhere...)
However, these kind of "off-center stylii" is something I've seen with Ortofon quite commonly, and may just be your sample that is a bit off-center. You should also try aligning the stylus and not the cartridge. At the moment it seems that you need to realign to get the stylus correct (if now, it is the stylus that is off-center also in its resting position, and not a problem with antiskate).
Check otherwise the arm cueing device so it does not affect the arm, and the cable from the tonearm so it does not exert any forces. I am unfamiliar with this arm so I do not know if the arm cable could be a problem.
