Nice one. I like seeing the TD150 in its original condition. A fine sample of the breed.

I'm still playing with my TD124. The base plinth in this photo is an original plinth of the type that was sold by Thorens Dealers to their customers. Plywood (3/4" thick) with a hardwood veneer. Open box style. I've got a new set of mushrooms isolating the chassis from the plinth.
TD124 sn# 13943 in bare aluminum.

It sounds great but it doesn't match my colour scheme , already have another Thorens anyway :)

As for pulling it apart its only a 2min job to remove the arm, far easier to do that every time if you need to change the cartridge anyway
