By the way, Maria...I have one of those SL-D202's, as well...I'm using a very nice vintage Ortofon Concorde STD on it...

The AT95 as suggested could also be very good for the money! I will also say that my SL-D2 came with a nice vintage AT4414S cartridge...Audio Technica made some very good cartridges that work well in many situations...I'm noticing more of them on these old Technics tables...
