Wanted: Brahms Symphony No. 4 (Steinberg; Command label)

I am looking for a copy of the following album:
Brahms: Symphony No. 4 in E Minor, Opus 98
William Steinberg and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra
Command Classics CC11030SD

I want a pristine US copy of the original stereo gold label pressing. The cover must be a gatefold, or the record won't have the gold label for sure. There must not be signs of gray on the record, and it must have minimal marks or scuffs of any sort. Must have clean playback. I'm looking for a jet black copy. Please respond by sending me a PM if you have one. I only pay through PayPal.

The record should be a near-mint copy.

I've already been to that page, and unfortunately I have asked every seller if their copy had the gold label. No such luck.
