Hi,
That one has been sold, but I have another one with less marks of usage.
But still with some inevitable signs of usage at the location where the cartridge screws were mounted.
Also the silver version. Wiring is OK.
The price of this headshell is 100 Euro.
Bye.

Hey funkhawk, on your 704/714 tonearm, have you ever removed the cap above the unipivot to access the damping fluid chamber? I'm not talking about the screw-on cap that houses the bearing, but the cap underneath with the two screws. I'd like to clean the reservoir where the fluid is, and re-fill, and it seems the only way to get in there would be to remove that additional cap. Also, what weight of silicone oil do you use?
Thanks for any insights.

My 714 was only taken out of its original box some 10 years ago and I only filled it once with its original fluid.
It is a 600,000 cps viscous fluid I think.
You could also use a fluid with higher viscosity.
Lower then 600,000 cps I won't recommend, because its demping action would be insufficient and the fluid can leak more easily out.

Thanks for your reply. I have a 704 that I've been enjoying for a few weeks now. I may go ahead and remove the screws to try and gain access to the fluid reservoir. I bought the arm used, and there was clearly a little leakage during shipment, which is probably unavoidable. 600K CST silicone oil for this arm seems to be what I keep finding with more research. I did find an extra NOS headshell sled, so it will be nice to have the ability to do quick swaps of cartridges.
Now, if I can just get comfortable not having anti-skate with this arm...
