SL-QL15 Technics turntable

I was recently given a Technics SL-QL15 turntable without a power cord. I have contacted Panasonic and they no longer keep that part number in stock. Any suggestions?

Believe I've seen the AC

Believe I've seen the AC connection on the AC power cord to laptop power bricks. Some Panasonic / National rice cookers.....Good luck.

Thank You

Thank you so jk5150 for posting the service manual. My SL-QL15 is still working well, however, if I ever need to troubleshoot it, the service manual is here.

Looking for user guide or manual for SL QL15 turntable

Thanks for posting the service manual. What I could use now is an owners manual or guide. I have a used SL QL15 and it seems to work, but I do not know how to use the programmable buttons. I also do not know what to do when I come to a scratch that makes the unit start to repeat itself. I also have a Sony linear turntable and by raising the tone arm with the cue button and then using arrow buttons I can move the tonearm past the scratch and go on listening. With this Technics there are no arrow buttons so no way to move the tonearm to the inside or outside of the record to get away from the scratch repeat.

If someone can tell me how to use the program buttons and how to move the tonearm past a scratch, that would be wonderful, even if you do not have the full manual available to upload here so that I can then download it.

Thanks! -- Dan

Download the Technics SL-6

Download the Technics SL-6 Owners Manual as reference for operation of the SL-QL15. It is basically the same unit in a small / compact footprint and has the same buttons, switches. Another Owner's Manual to reference is the SL-15.

To get around skips while playing, just press the "Start" switch and the unit will automatically cue the arm up and advance the tonearm past the scratch. Just press the "Cue" control button again and it will lower the arm and continue playing after the damaged part.

Good luck.
