Sony PUA-1600


The PUA-1600L/S are precision manufactured tonearms which assure correct tracking.

Features include:

Statically balanced tonearm employs a highly sensitive jewelled trunnion mount for longitudinal support and precision miniature ball bearings for low friction lateral support.

Effectively designed anti-skating compensator cancels the inside thrust force at every portion of the record.

Head shell employing carbon fibre with high resilience characteristic reduces resonance interference.

Other features are an oil-damped cueing lever, low-capacitance phono cord and gilded connectors.

Overall length: (S) 320mm , (L) 370mm

Tracking force: 0-2.5g

Cartridge weight range: 4-18g

Arm effective mass: 12.5g
