Adjusting the speed on the 1800 turntable

I have been given this turntable and it looks unused, however it is to fast and needs slowing down! The manual says adjust via R43 and R44 situated next to the tone arm, I must be blind but its not there! Do you have to turn the whole over (not likely) how do you ajust the speed?

Speed Adjustment

To make speed adjustments the top plate must be removed from the chassis as shown in the manual

B&O 1800 and the 4002

Is this the famous B&O design?
Both types are examples off very poor manufactured turntables even in those days .
I am sorry to say so what a way to make things I saw the inside of those turntables and what and how it's made ,really not worth one eurocent ,
I will never buy this make again .
