Has Anyone Used Lp Gear/Lp Tunes For A Purchase ?

I placed an order for a belt for my Thorens TD 145 through LP Tunes and never received the email receipt they said they would send. I have a dispute open with PayPal now.

Has anyone else used this business ?

I've used LP Gear for several purchases, including the DEFT2 and AT 150 MLX cartridges plus several different styli and accesories. They have served me well without exception.

I placed the order with LP Tunes but they have the same addresses in Nevada as LP Gear so I assume they are affiliated.

Maybe I should have placed the order through LP Gear instead even if they are affiliated.

Now I've bought a shameful amount from LPGear and Garage-A-Record, with excellent service from both. Most of it's been for repairing TT's for other people. I didn't even know about LP Tunes until know...
