Although I have been fiddling around with turntables since around 1969, I am new on this lovely site.
I couldnt resist the question, so here are my answer on both questions.
I own about 100+ turntables at the moment, but it is my intention to reduce this to about 20 over the next 5 years, and thereby make my humble contribution to spreading the joy of playing vinyl records properly.
And yes, I am married !!

The two in daily use in my studio:
Technics SP-15 in DIY plinth with Jelco 10.25" effective length tonearm
Technics SL-1200MK5 with many KAB mods including 78 RPM
Others in occasional use include a DIY unit (Marantz 6170 DD motor/platter in heavy wood plinth with DIY 12" unipivot tonearm), Elac Miracord, JVC QL-A7, Pioneer PL-300.
In addition, I've got a dedicated Quadraphonic system using a Yamaha P-20 (FG Servo DD Full Auto), and a downstairs system with a Technics SL-6, which is a DD linear tracker.
The rest are out in the shop, awaiting refurbishing/resale.
