Harman Kardon HK 3480 + SA 1530 speakers

I found the offer for these two - Harman Kardon HK 3480 and Sound Audio 1530 speakers for around 300 EUR. Just wondering is it ok offer? Or would I get better option with this kind of money. I googled a bit as well but didnt really find much, so I though I ask here. As you all seem really helpful.

I would listen it in a room what is around 25m2 not much in there just a tv , table and a couch.

I'm in to electronical music like house , dubstep etc I dont really want to listen to the music high volume, I would like to be pure and with alright bass
