pl-640 cue damping?

Postby jimmy55 » 31 May 2012 14:31

Hello,I just picked up a pl 750,looks just like my pl 640.the only difference is the cue lowers nice and smooth.the 640 on the other hand drops as fast or as slow as you take pressure off the button.now my question is,is it supposed to be that way?is there a way to fix it? thanks

Cueing mechanisms are often damped by thick silicone oil, such as is used in model R/C cars.
