Ole: The 510 actually was a pretty good Dual - one of their most attractive classic belt-drive models, I'd say. Stock cartridge used to be the Shure M95G. For a used exemplar without hood and in need of maintenance I'd also deem 66 Euro a bit too much, though - but if you can haggle the dealer down to below 50 Euro, the price would seem pretty fair to me. What you should check: whether it works at all; whether the strobe lamp still works; whether the pitch control still works; whether it still auto-lifts and stops at the end of a record; and it also wouldn't harm to balance the arm with tracking force and anti-skating turned to 0, let the arm "hover" near the platter spindle and then increase anti-skating to 0.5: If that's sufficient to pull the arm back to the rest in one jerkless motion, the arm bearings should still be ok...
