GA 212 electronic tnt play it again

i am trying to give a new birth to my dad's philips GA 212 electronic turntable after 20 years

thanks to vinylengine i downloaded the manuals so now can try to fix .I had cleaned it inside out and the speed touch controls work good now but it stopped after a little,so i thought it was the dc motor. Now after reading the manuals i think the problem could be in some regulations of the circuit since there is a tacho generator that controls speed and stop ,i 'll give it a try....because it's worth it i tell you it sounds great

Hi Check also the settings and components in the shut off circuit. It uses an optical sensor and may have gone wacky.
