Nothing much on the web and Google turns up few results. Would guess it to be a class A/B with 60W of output power, possibly 30W and they have doubled each channels output to give the second pair of numbers in the model. Many amps were named this way, NAD are a good indicator of this numbering system. I doubt very much the amp has moving coil on the phono input and the amp itself would have been made by one of the major Japanese companies in the 80's and re badged by Wye.
The above statement is reasonably edumicated guesswork and should give you some information to work with.
