Midnight Oil - Diesel and Dust

Didn't even know I still had this, it belongs to an ex-girlfriend from long ago! Aussie political songs with good tunes and lyrics that don't make you wince (chumbawumba anyone?). I played this to death at the time but never grew tired of it - get out there and blag a copy now

Recently i have been reviving my Mike Oldfield albums.

They sound so much better in vinyl...they are warm.
Especially the LP Crises, and Ommadawn.

And also OMD and Electronic.

Simply...fantastic...

A couple more oldies made there way to my deck today:

Sven Vath - An Accident in Paradise (very trancey)
Soft Cell - The Art of Falling Apart (extreme anger management)

Happy Listening,

Playing tonight:

Primal Scream "Dixie-Narco EP"

The Jamms/KLF "Shag Times" (can I say that?)

Bit of a puzzle actually this one, I bought it brand new from my local HMV this afternoon, but I thought that the KLF deleted their entire back catalogue in the early 90's so either:

1)it's a reissue? (but no "reissue" stickers etc.)
2)it's a bootleg pressing? (unlikely I'd have thought)
or
3)it's been sat in the stockroom of said HMV for the last 10 years or so?!!

Weird.

Oh and a bit of John Peel on radio 1.

I recently found in a garage sale a complete collection of John Mayall's LPs(w and w/o The BluesBreakers) same thing for the Beatles original LPs and 3 excellent Aynsley Dunbar's LPs all unopened, still plastic wrapped !

I had to force myself to stay calm (I was shaking inside !) when the guy asked me 1$ for each LP (Yeeesss !!!) Don't ask me what I'm listening these days !!!

JaS, two questions:
1)how does that compare to Psyence Fiction?
2)If it's on vinyl, where did you get it from?

Cheers!
