I ordered two stylii recently, one is a Pfanstiehl Replacement for a shure N111HE, while the other is a genuine NOS Shure N111HE (still in the mail, will be arriving next week or two). I'm using a Technics SL-BD24 (p-mount, linear track, belt driven)
I plugged in the pfanstiehl and played one record. It did sound quite nice, but in my "infinite wisdom", I flipped down, what i thought was a stylus guard, which then kicked into the tip of the needle, as illustrated by this drawing:

Now obviously the needle no longer tracks properly. It is bent 'vertically' and not 'horizontally', so the tracking force is off.
So is this beyond all repair? Can I use some plasticene or tape solution? Can I adjust the VTF to offset the angle change of the needle now?
The far right image shows the angle of the needle in its current state
