this protractor is the one you should use if you want to align the cartridge on your planar the baerwald way. The 222mm mounting distance is not the distance recommanded by Baerwald for a 237mm length tonearm but it is the actual mounting distance on rega turntable !

in fact, if your arm is already mounted, forget about it
if you wish to mount that arm, use 219.5mm
(for some cartridges, it may be hard to obtain the baerwald null points if your tonearm is mounted at 222 mm- this is the main reason of this mounting at 219.5)
