For Sale: Linn Sondek lp12

I've inherited a Sondek lp12 however I am not a vinyl enthusiast myself and would like to see the deck go to someone who would appreciate it more than I.

The deck itself is well looked after with only minor scratching on the lid and has a new drive belt. It also has NO arm.

The price is negotiable but the item would be pick-up or personal delivery only. I am based in Leicester and Aberystwyth but can plausibly delivery it anywhere along that route (Birmingham, Shrewsbury etc).

Please let me know the approx age - I urgently need a Linn with a solid wood case, NOT the current veneered & braced MDF case. Please post the serial number ( you can find this by removing the platter - it will be on a label next to the belt pulley)
