Denon DL-303 MC cart with 0.05 x 0.1mm special elliptical Stylus Tip and 0,18mg effective mass. The tip is so small that it's barely visible by eye.

I think any prime with focal length 50 or less will do the job. Manual lens with aperture ring will be easier to use. I have Nikkor 50mm AF-S without it so I had to improvise a bit to fix aperture in wide open position.

Here's a recent addition to my Shure collection, a M93E with the gooey green fuzzy paint removed. It's fitted with a JICO N75G which has a .6 mil conical tip that tracks between .75 and 1.5 g's. This setup, including the $6.00 ebay headshell was under $55.00. It sounds very nice and it's great for playing questionable thrift store vinyl.21146

Hi

The "shoulders" of the rectangular rod on which the tip is formed look a bit asymmetrical (this is quite common), but the end of the rod looks to be correctly shaped and vertical with respect to the cantilever. Of course, the close-up doesn't show the contact area with the groove, which is what really matters.
