Hello,
I have a question regarding my current preamp with only one output. I'm using the Dynavector P75 as my preamp and it only has 1 output. I recently added a Woo Audio 6 SE as my dedicated headphone amplifier, however anytime I want to use the headphone amp I have to disconnect the RCA cables from the output of my P75 which is connected to my Outlaw RR 2150 for my 2 channel speaker setup, and plug a new set which are running directly into my Woo Audio Amp. I really wish this preamp had at least 2 outputs and then a toggle switch to select which out I want to use, but unfortunately it doesn't. I honestly don't mind physically disconnecting the cables whenever I want to listen to my headphone amp, but I'm sure after time either the connection on the preamp or the cables will physically become worn. Honestly, on average I probably switch the connection 2 times per week. I'm hoping someone will reply with, "Disconnect all you want it won't hurt a thing" because I honestly love the P75 preamp and don't want to upgrade to a new preamp with multiple outputs.
Any thoughts on the wear and tear of disconnecting the RCA cables?
