I agree, Houses... is an odd one in the Zep catalogue. I love The Ocean tho!

Koto Music
Victor SJL-2110

Testing out my recent purchase of a Denon SL-21D. Set it up with a relatively new DL-103. Needs a thicker platter mat to get the tonearm level...first time I've had to be concerned with that :/ Very, very pretty sound.

Excellent original copy of Hogarth`s first album, title track is the best :-"

Glad to hear you say that, Easters becoming nearly as overplayed as Neverland at gigs - great songs but give them a rest please. Seasons End is pure class though.

Have to say Im not as impressed SQ with this as the script for a jest release, any thoughts

Rush - 2112 - One of the great rock albums of all times

Stray Cats - Stray Cats - Come on give it some rockabilly at its best. Cheesy but brillant

Spandau Ballet - Journey's to glory. About as naff as albums come, but just so well recorded. Good album for set up with one track 'confused' which has a wonderful cymbal which appears so distached from the rest of the music when things are correct.

Joe Jackson - I'm the man - Such a diverse guy with his music. Big fan in Mrs Satan

The Beatles - White album and Sgt Pepper - Because it's took me 28 years of living in Liverpool to appreciate them.

Nicolo Paganini: Violin Concerto #1
Michael Rabin, violin
Philharmonia Orchestra
Eugene Goosens, conductor
Reissue of EMI/Capitol SP 8534 (first release in 1960).

This reissue lives up to its considerable reputation! Crystal-clear full range recording. Fiery blockbuster violin playing with perfectly corresponding orchestral accompaniment and recording. Wonderful cartridge workout!

ELO - The lights shine on. Been dancing with the misses

CSNY - Déjà vu. Early british pressing with the golden letters and textured cover. Classic.

Got new valves, these are an awesome pair of NOS 7025s, after each record love them more and more!

Cheers
