FS: Several high-end cartridges

Postby keiko5 » 07 Feb 2012 17:34

An unexpected illness in my wife's family and the subsequent traveling has eaten into our family budget, so I am selling off a few of my cartridges to fill the gap. They are all either NOS or very low use. I have been a turntable geek since 1973. Someof these I've has for years, some are recent acquisitions. they have all been tested for continuity and they have all been mounted and played for at least two full sides. They are all in superb condition.

Digitrac 450SE. Top of the line, p-mount with box, book-style case, literature and near new SE stylus. This is currently mounted in my Revox B791 turntable and sounds superb. $150.
Bang & Olufsen MCC20EN. Almost NOS, my personal backup for many years (I've been a B&O owner since 1986). Includes case, manual, test sheet. $150.
Audio Technica AT152MLP. Quite scarce TOL p-mount. Low-hours, includes case and tools, no box or manuals. $175.
Grado G2. This is Grado's answer to the Shibata shape, predecessor to the Gold model. A very sweet sounding cartridge. Near NOS with presentation case, no box or manuals. $125.
Acutex M207 IIE. A nice sounding low cost cartridge. NOS with box, instructions. $55.
Sony XL-MC104P. This is a p-mount, hi-output MC cartridge with a replaceable stylus (how strange is that!) This is NOS, I only opened the case to test it. Includes box, case and instructions. $90.
Ortofon LM30H. This is the high compliance version of the LM30. Less than 25 hours on the 30H stylus. No box or literature, includes stylus protector. $125.
Ortofon LM20H. This is the high compliance version of the LM20. Zero hours on the 20H stylus, moderate hours on the LM body. No box or literature, includes stylus protector. $90.
Audio Technica AT OC9MC. This is the original version. Low hours, includes box, case, tools and literature. This one is a VERY reluctant sale, its currently mounted to my Mitsubishi LT30. Its a beautiful, gorgeous sounding MC cartridge. $250.
Shure V15 Type IV. Another VERY reluctant sale. Includes the near-new original stylus AND an aftermarket replacement stylus. I bought this NOS some years ago. I played the original stylus through five records to be sure it performs properly then I stashed it away and installed the replacement (it is a nice stylus but not a Jico SAS). Includes box, case and literature, no tools or accessories. $225.
Audio Technica AT140LC with original stylus AND an NOS 155LC stylus. This is my personal favorite. The 140LC cartridge performs superbly and is lower mass than the full metal bodied 155LC. The 140LC stylus has moderate hours on it, the 155LC stylus is virtually NOS, I only used on a few records. $160.

Payment via Paypal. Shipping in the ConUS for any of these will be $7.00 via USPS Priority Mail. I'll certainly combine items to save shiping costs. Overseas shipping will be considerably more. PM if interested and I'll reply in the order they are received.
