MKII Starting issue

Every onece in a while I have to give the plater a little push to start.Usually only on PSU power up. I have tried multiple PSU's so that is not the issue. Any idea on what needs to be replaced.

I never turn my PSU off. Try keeping it on? But it sounds like you may have a weak capacitor but I'm no tech so take my comment with a grain of salt.
